What is Somatic Counselling Service?

This service is not for those living with unresolved trauma, chronic anxiety, emotional overwhelm, suicidal thoughts, self-harming, addiction, or those who have experienced a single trauma event, etc, or recurring unsafe relationship patterns. Talking alone is not always enough.
